Coconut oil is the best for hair. Use oil as much as you need. Keep the oil for 1 hour on your head, then take a shower. Sometimes, a little warm oil is good to maintain healthy hair. You can use oil 2 days or 1 day per week.
Condition with care:
Use a moisturizing conditioner after shampooing. Consider using a deep conditioning treatment once a week to improve hair health.
Mind Your Diet:
Over-dieting can be bad for hair. You should eat some vegetables like spinach, carrots, and tomatoes to grow healthy hair. Junk food is one of the main reasons for hair fall. If you eat junk food regularly, you have to stop it now.
